Dr. Eric Ricchetti is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery. He completed his undergraduate studies at Yale University in 1998 and earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 2003. Dr. Ricchetti completed his internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital's Rothman Institute. He joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2010, where he serves as the Director of the Shoulder Center and the Director of the Shoulder & Elbow Surgery Fellowship. Dr. Ricchetti is also an Associate Professor and holds the Maynard Madden Endowed Chair in Arthritis. His clinical interests include shoulder joint replacement and arthroscopy, rotator cuff tears, sports injuries, and trauma.
