We also collect server, security, debugging, and analytics information about site usage so we can keep the service reliable and improve profile and search quality.

How we use information

We use information to operate the provider directory, respond to appointment requests, verify and improve provider profile data, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and understand whether the service is useful.

When you ask Doria to help request an appointment, we may share the details you authorized with the selected practice solely to schedule that appointment, not for marketing.

What we do not do

Doria does not sell personal data.

Doria does not provide medical advice, does not guarantee insurance coverage, and does not guarantee that a practice will accept or confirm an appointment request.

Service providers and legal needs

We may use infrastructure, security, analytics, communication, and operations vendors to run Doria. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
