Doria provides provider directory and appointment request tools. Doria does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, insurance advice, or a provider-patient relationship.

No emergency use

Do not use Doria for emergencies or urgent symptoms. If you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

Appointment requests

When you submit an appointment request, Doria may share the details you authorized with the selected practice so the request can be handled. Submission does not mean an appointment is booked. A practice may decline, not respond, request more information, or offer a different time.

Insurance and profile information

Provider, insurance, location, credential, and availability information can change. Doria uses public, official, payer, provider-owned, and operational sources, but does not guarantee that every profile is complete or current.

Insurance listings are evidence from available sources, not a guarantee that your specific plan, network, referral, authorization, or visit will be covered. You and the practice or insurer should verify coverage before care.

Your responsibilities

Use Doria lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting appointments. Do not submit information for someone else unless you are authorized to help them.

Changes and availability

Doria is a new service and may change, pause, or stop parts of the site over time. We may update these terms, and the effective date will show when the current version applies.
